This mod grew from a finishing Royale Noir project to encompass Zune bug fixing as well.
If you are a fan of Microsoft's Royale, this is the only Royale theme you will ever need.
The theme now consists of 3 color schemes, Royale, Royale Noir and Royale Zune.
For Royale Noir, Microsoft came 50% of the way, and I went the other 50%, a lot of work and bugfixes was done to finish the theme.
For Zune, work was done to better the distasteful orange and many bugfixes implemented that Microsoft messed up.
Current version is 1.47, screenshots and the very long changelog can be found in these forum threads:
SP3 users need to run SP3 UxTheme Patcher to load unsigned themes.

Updated 4th Nov, 2007 to Version 1.47. Read the Changelog in the Readme for the list of changes.
I had to re-up the links to stop the user emails from coming, so I took the opportunity to fix the glitches brought up by users the past year. Thanks for the emails even though I might not have replied to all.

Contains the green start button hovered and pressed for Royale Noir and the orange start button for Zune!
I ask because I want to use these sounds on Windows 7 but want the original stereo 44100Hz 24bit sound files.

:/
I had downloaded this theme (don't remember where from) and had to do a bunch of stuff to get it working. I really loved it once it was functioning... hopefully it works right-off the bat this time.
Just a question, The progress bar when you are copying something, if you have another window over it, the progress bar will describe the wrong amount of progress. It will set the beginning of the bar at the spot where you have covered the progress bar with the window. Now it that because the bar style is one long solid piece? or is it some type of bug?
Anyway, Epic theme, totally and completely Epic!!
One thing tho, the green loading bar? It looks good but I kinda liked the original that came with it better. Sorry. Still really good tho!
i upgraded to win7 and had to downgrade back to xp due to some hardware issues... however ill be going back after everything is replaced... and it really would be great if i could have these colors and this feel...
Do you plan to port it on Windows 7, please? Thanks!
had to get IT to install on work pc but after I showed them the updated look and feel they all went back and installed themselves!
Please Help.
P.S I got my uxtheme.dll and the other two (forgot the name) Patched!
you got to do a few more. one that's black and red, another that's black and white (silver gradient), and one more that's black and gree. XD you know what I mean, right?
I am not just saying that....
I tried several of the suggested places to download it and none of them work. Is there a more in-depth how to lying around somewhere?
I was wondering, is it possible to put a theme like this one in Windows 7? I've seen Luna ported to 7, but never Royale. Certanly not Royale Noir.
